To summarize,

the Standards which Hirus Inspection Services Inc.  follows are that,

a Home inspection is a Non-invasive, non-destructive observation of the conditions present during the actual home inspection.

The interpretation of these standards is very important, the Standards set out a guideline for all reputable Home Inspectors to follow, and it is a thorough evaluation of the conditions which are observed at the time of the inspection.

Hirus Inspections Services Inc. inspectors will not cause any damage to a property to obtain any information regarding the condition of a home.

It is important to know that some conditions may arise where the inspector will not be able to ascertain a condition or be able to complete a portion of an inspection due to many factors such as but not limited to;

Safety issues: Weak or uncertain condition of attic structure may limit an inspector to get into the attic to look around.

Weather conditions: Ice on a roof, or Snow pilled high against the house will limit the inspectors ability to report.

Other Obstacles; could include a crawl space full of storage which will limit the inspector to view the basement walls.

Any such limitation will be explained and noted both verbally and in writing.

All Hirus Inspectors are trained both with hands on experience in the systems of the home as well as extensive training which relates to the evaluation and investigation of a home.

No advice will be given as to the complexities of a situation, but the implications of any given condition will be explained as clear as possible both verbally and in the written report.

This is a summary only and has no legal bearing what so ever, please review and refer the standards as they are written.
